A Basket of Giving
500 families impacted by terror will celebrate Rosh Hashanah with dignity.
As every year, Ohr Meir & Bracha prepares to distribute 500 holiday food baskets packed with: poultry, beets, pomegranates, apples, potatoes, honey cake, pumpkin, oil, sugar, honey, rice, flour, grape juice, salt, coffee, tea, and many more items to brighten their holiday table.
Welcoming the Rosh Hashanah with the joy it deserves
Our volunteers will set up a beautiful, festive tent, complete with elegant tables, holiday tablecloths with bottles of grape juice for Kiddush, and double portions of challah on the tables. This way when the families come and pick up their food, they feel the simchah of the holiday at the same time.
The joy and comfort of these families is our mission.

To give families a truly joyous holiday, our team pours love and energy into preparing baskets full of fresh fruits, vegetables, baked goods, pantry staples, poultry, and everything else needed for a peaceful and heartwarming Rosh Hashanah.
